1. Standard Products

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@livadesign.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Products must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.
 

2. Personalised Products

The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as items customised with a name, logo, image or other personal details.

This exception does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty or does not conform to your order.
 

3. Return Shipping Costs

For standard products returned under the withdrawal right, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Please contact us before returning an item for instructions.
 

4. Refunds

Where the withdrawal right applies, we will refund payments received, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within the legally required period. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, as permitted by law.
 

5. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

Consumers retain their statutory legal guarantee rights, including the applicable two-year legal guarantee for goods under Belgian law.
 

6. Business Orders

For purchases made for professional or business purposes, consumer withdrawal rights may not apply. Any applicable return arrangements will be governed by the agreed terms and applicable law.
